Jarnsaxa Sublime Elixirs is a Melbourne based business focusing on high-calibre cocktail products for hospitality venues and drink-making individuals. Making premium juices, syrups, condiments and mixers for simple cocktail-making which never compromise on quality or taste. Jarnsaxa uses honest ingredients from local suppliers, sustainable and energy-saving production methods and a fresh attitude which looks to promote a friendly and inclusive community. Jarnsaxa’s goal is to put the passion, skills, and ingredients into the hands of those wishing to create a positive world by virtue of delicious beverages.

Jarnsaxa products are made in the northern suburbs of Melbourne. This is the traditional land of the Wurundjeri people. We acknowledge and extend our esteem and respect for their culture, spiritual and intrinsic connection to this land.

Jarnsaxa’s story began in 2015 in Northern NSW when Marcus Beegling was struggling to fund a trip to Tanzania to help build a kindergarten. Using his cocktail knowledge gained through years of bar work, he developed a Bloody Mary Mix and began selling it on the side of the road. After receiving loads of positive feedback, and after returning from his amazing trip, Marcus decided to explore the world of business and dive into the endeavour that has become Jarnsaxa Sublime Elixirs.

Not long after Jarnsaxa was born one of Marcus’ best mates Anthony James Dungan came on board to help drive the future of the small yet passionate business. Along with support and friendship, AJ brings his own wealth of hospitality experience combined with a sales and marketing background. AJ and Marcus have worked next to each other in the front line of hospitality in several different venues. They have a collective 30 years of hospitality experience, working in some of Australia’s top establishments and learning an exponential amount about beer, wine, spirits, cocktails, venue operations and hospitality management.

Amongst running this business these two boys have found a beautiful way of making new friends and spreading cheeriness through making great drinks.
